More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the photographs.

Also contained in this new image disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling different parts of the estate.

In addition to this are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for dock shelters.

Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
